Boston Bruins 2014-2015

There’s not much to say about the Bruins after being the top team in the NHL and having a very quiet offseason. They haven’t really made any moves to my recollection.

The one thing that I will focus on is the loss of Iginla. They lost a good top six forward who could, at this point in his career, produce at least 20 goals. I can’t blame them, though, as they are $209,143 over the cap limit, so even the ideal move of acquiring another top six forward to replace him isn’t possible.

There of course is not any reason to worry, though, they will still be at the top and will have a chance at the Cup
